| Even though there were problems, (forgotten bolts, missed oil change, long wait re ABS) you honestly admit to the errors, find solutions and respond professionally to the difficulties. | The reason I use Brookview husky is that I trust the people who work there to be honest with me, in which they are. They have taken my vehicle for servicing on short notice and are very accomadating. I have had some issues with having to bring my vehicle back for rework at least three times which can be frustrating, which has added costs to my repairs. |
