| What started as an "adjustment" ended far from what was expected ... Damage to car was disappointing ... Things will be better next time |

| Colin did an oil change on my car. He left keys in ignition and ran the battery down. Since then, the dashboard lights do not always work. They go off at times. I had to drive at night without these lights on. |

| For some time I have been looking for an honest, reasonably priced shop to do my work. I thought I found it in Brookview. As you know, I have 3 vehicles and I am a loyal customer when I feel that I am not being taken advantage of. I brought my motorhome for work... was somewhat shocked at the bill for a bunch of things that weren't too big. I was shocked at 2 things especially. Charged $47.50 to remove my "doghouse" which literally was 2 clips. When I brought it up, I was told there would be a credit on my next bill. $25 was credited. It does not sit right with me that $22.50 was charged to removed 2 clips to take off the doghouse and replace it later. Also, $66.50 to replace a radiator hose (it looks like 2 screw clamps to me). It is hard for me to accept that it took you as many hours to do all the work as I was charged. $1466 is a lot of money to me. This has shaken my confidence in Brookview. Honestly, I am disappointed. Has Brookview changed since it began over in the Riverbend area? I am unable to recommend Brookview to others at this time. |

| Usually there is good service, but my last visit the total price was 400$ more than the quote which was very disappointing and the engine hood was not closed. Several things were added on to what I wanted done to the truck and I had to repeatedly tell the clerk to not add them to the list of to do's. Also there is some new noises coming from the steering that was just repaired. This garage is pretty good, but its lately been slipping. |
